Make a 4e character in mere minutes!
On my D&D tumblr, Dungeons & Donuts, I just made a character creation tool that lets you make a Fourth Edition D&D character from scratch in less than 20 minutes (no books, no internet char-gen).

I’m now the proud owner of some Otherworld Miniatures gnoll and bugbear warriors, as well as the LotFP adventure Tower of the Stargazer (my original copy was destroyed in an accident at my previous apartment).

Con Games
The local Con is in about two weeks and I know that I want to run some Labyrinth Lord and Mutant Future, but am really uninspired at the moment. For Mutant Future I was thinking a simple one-shot ruin exploration with the operative word being RANDOM ENCOUNTERS!
Thankfully, there are lots of starter adventures for Labyrinth Lord that would work as one-shots.
